Please open and take photos of your inner & outer packaging as well as the items inside within 20-30 days after purchasing and receiving to ensure no damages or unpleasant surprises. Seasonal items cannot be replaced as they are limited items and we do not carry the raw materials to remake them year round. Also note we do not replace seasonal items with our year round items.
